The good news: the reasons people leave are known, and most can be fixed.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"buried\">Reason one: the answer is buried<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information exists, but it\u2019s on the fifth page or inside a PDF. Visitors don\u2019t search for long. An AI assistant takes the shortcut: the visitor types the question and gets the answer straight from your pages.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"noreply\">Reason two: nobody replies<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A contact form that promises a reply \u201cwithin 24 hours\u201d, or a number nobody answers after hours. Visitors want the answer now \u2014 especially in the evening and at weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"tt-note wp-block-paragraph\">The assistant replies at any hour, and what it doesn\u2019t know goes to your team with the visitor\u2019s details.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"language\">Reason three: a language that isn\u2019t theirs<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A visitor writing English on an Arabic-only site, or in their dialect with nobody to understand them. Replying in the visitor\u2019s language tells them they\u2019re in the right place.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"keep\">How to keep them \u2014 and leave a way back<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Answer first, then ask for details:<\/strong> visitors leave their number much more readily after getting a useful answer.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Offer the next step:<\/strong> an appointment, a quote, or a call from the team.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Don\u2019t ask for more than you need:<\/strong> a name, phone number and reason for contact are usually enough.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A visitor who finds no answer within seconds goes looking elsewhere.
