In most businesses, most daily messages revolve around the same questions. Answering them one by one eats your team’s time, and delays cost you visitors. Here are the five most common questions, and how to prepare your site so the assistant answers them instantly.
1. “How much is it?”
The most-asked question, and the one most often left unanswered. If your prices are fixed, put them on your services page. If they vary, write what determines them: size, duration or type of service.
The assistant never invents a number. If it can’t find the price on your site, it collects the request details and passes them to your team.
2. “What are your hours? Do you have a slot?”
State your opening hours and days off clearly. If you take appointments, the assistant shows free slots and confirms the booking in the chat.
3. “Where are you?”
Your address, a map link, directions and parking if any. One clear sentence saves a whole phone call.
4. “How can I pay?”
Accepted payment methods, whether cash on delivery or instalments are available, and when a deposit is required. The clearer the page, the more accurate the answer.
5. “Is there a warranty or returns?”
Your returns and warranty policy is one of the things that reassures visitors most before buying. Write it simply, with the period and conditions.
Start with one page
- Collect the questions: from WhatsApp, email and calls over one week.
- Write short answers: one or two lines per question.
- Put them on one page: then add the link to your assistant.
